How do I create a habit?

Open Habio and use Create / Quick Create from Today or the habit creation flow. Choose a name, schedule, and tracking style that fits your routine.

How do I complete or update a habit?

On Today, tap a habit to mark it complete or update its progress. Quantitative habits can be adjusted with increment controls where available.

How do reminders work?

Add reminders while creating or editing a habit. Habio uses system notifications with your permission. The Free plan includes limited reminders per habit; Habio Premium allows more.

How do I edit, archive, or delete a habit?

Open the habit editor from the habit’s details. You can update settings, archive habits you no longer want active, or permanently delete a habit and its local entries.

How does Habio work on Apple Watch?

The Watch app shows Today progress and lets you complete supported habits. It synchronizes with your iPhone Habio data. Keep both devices nearby and the Habio iPhone app installed for the best sync experience.

How do widgets update?

Home Screen widgets display Habio snapshot data. They refresh when the app updates shared snapshots. If a widget looks stale, open Habio once to refresh, then check your Home Screen again.

How do I change language or appearance?

Go to Settings in Habio to choose English or Arabic and Light, Dark, or System appearance.

What are the Free plan limits?

The Free plan includes a limited number of active habits and one reminder per habit. Exact limits are shown in the app when you reach them.

What is Habio Premium?

Habio Premium unlocks unlimited active habits, additional reminders, advanced history and insights, and premium routine packs and seasonal plans.

How do I restore purchases?

Open Settings in Habio and use Restore Purchases, or restore from the Habio Premium paywall. Restores are handled through your Apple ID.

How do I manage or cancel a subscription?

Subscriptions are managed in your Apple ID subscription settings on iPhone or at appleid.apple.com. Habio cannot cancel an Apple subscription for you.

Where is my data stored?

Habit data is stored locally on your device. Habio does not require an account. See the Privacy Policy for details about notifications, Watch/widget sync, and website contact messages.

Apple Watch or widgets are out of sync

Open Habio on iPhone, confirm both devices are unlocked and nearby, and wait a moment for sync. Reinstalling the Watch app or removing/re-adding a widget can help after major updates.
